摘要
为解决云制造环境下制造资源组合优选问题,构建了面向资源供应方、服务需求方以及云制造平台运营方三方利益的制造资源服务组合双层规划模型。该模型利用前景理论,建立了以时间、成本、交付物质量等为约束条件,服务质量为目标函数的上层规划模型,以及以资源供应方剩余负载为约束条件,资源利用率为目标函数的下层规划模型。最后,采用云遗传算法对模型进行求解,并通过应用分析和算法对比,验证了所构建模型及算法的有效性和优越性。
To solve the optimization of resource composition in the cloud manufacturing environment,a bi-level programming model oriented to resource providers,service demanders and cloud platform operators was constructed.With the prospect theory,an upper planning model was established by taking time,cost and deliverable quality as constraints,and service quality as the objective function.As for a lower planning model,the remaining load of resource providers was set as constraints and resource utilization as objective function.The cloud genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Through application analysis and algorithm comparison,the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm were verified.
