非常规气举技术在渤海Z油田的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 气举采油是目前使用最为广泛的人工举升方式之一,常规气举一般由配套的气举生产管柱及注气装置构成,需要在油管上设计布置多支气举阀,通过上部各级气举阀逐级卸载,将高压气体经最下级工作阀持续不断地注入到生产管柱,实际应用中常常出现卸载失败、多点注气等问题。非常规气举能够不改变原有生产管柱,利用井下工具代替气举阀作为注气点,是一种简易、灵活的人工举升办法。基于现场试验,提出了几种非常规气举技术并在现场应用,试验效果较好。 It is known that gas lift is one of the most widely used artificial lifting methods at present,and the conventional gas lift is generally composed of the supporting gas lift production string and the gas injection device.As the multiple gas lift valves need to be designed and arranged on the oil pipe,the high-pressure gas is continuously injected into the production string through the lowest working valve by the upper gas lift valves.While in practical application,there are often problems such as unloading failure and multi-point gas injection.The unconventional gas lift can use downhole tools instead of the gas lift valve as gas injection point without changing the original production string.The application results indicate it is a simple and flexible artificial lift method.Based on the field test,the field application of several unconventional gas lift technologies is proposed,and the test effect is good.
