参苓白术散联合当归补血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证的疗效评价

Clinical effect evaluation of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure with spleen qi deficiency syndrome

目的:分析参苓白术散联合当归补血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法:共选择2016年6月-2019年12月在宁津县中医院治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予参苓白术散联合当归补血汤进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为89.36%(42/47),显著高于对照组的70.21%(33/47),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的中医证候积分,均相当(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分,显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血清尿素氮(Blood Ure Nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Creatinine Clearance,Ccr)、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)、血清白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)值相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的BUN、SCr值,均显著低于对照组,Ccr、Hb、ALB值均显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用参苓白术散联合当归补血汤对慢性肾衰竭患者实施治疗,可提高疗效,显著改善患者的临床症状和肾功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder(参苓白术散)combined with Danggui Buxue decoction(当归补血汤)in the treatment of chronic renal failure with spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 94 patients with chronic renal failure treated in Ningjin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Danggui Buxue decoction on this basis.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(89.36%)(42/47)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.21%)(33/47),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before treatment were similar(P>0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The bun,SCR,CCR,Hb,ALB values of the two groups before treatment were the same(P>0.05);the bun and SCR values of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the CCR,Hb,ALB values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Danggui Buxue decoction can improve the curative effect,significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and promote the renal function of patients in the treatment of chronic renal failure,which was with high clinical application value.
