摘要
目的:观察自拟验方治疗痰热壅肺型肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:将60例痰热壅肺型肺部感染患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组予西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服自拟验方,7 d后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的临床肺部感染评分(Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score,CPIS)显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后临床综合疗效对比,观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率为83.33%(25/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候疗效对比,观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率为76.67%(23/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服自拟验方治疗痰热壅肺型肺部感染有助于降低肺部感染的严重程度,明显改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,优于单纯西医基础治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made decoctions in treating lung infection with phlegm-heat congestion.Methods:60 lung infection patients with phlegm-heat congestion were selected and divided randomly into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment of western medicine while the observation group received self-made decoctions orally based on the treatment of the control group.Observation of clinical efficacy was made after 7 days.Result:After treatment,the CPIS(Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).As for clinical comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),while that of the control group was 83.33%(25/30),which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).For efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine pattern,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),while that of the control group was 76.67%(23/30),which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating lung infection with phlegm-heat congestion,self-made decoctions can help to reduce the severity of lung infection,significantly relieve clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy,which is better than conventional western medicine treatment.
