中医针灸综合疗法联合除痹通络汤熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床效果及预后评价

Clinical effect and prognostic evaluation of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction fumigation on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain

目的:探究中医针灸综合疗法联合除痹通络汤熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果及预后评价。方法:选择2018年2月-2019年11月聊城市中医医院收治的100例颈肩腰腿痛患者,按入院先后顺序分为对照组(50例)和试验组(50例),其中对照组采用中医针灸综合疗法进行治疗,试验组采用中医针灸综合疗法联合除痹通络汤熏蒸治疗。治疗结束后比较两组的治疗有效率、疼痛情况、腰椎功能、肢体运动功能以及日常生活能力。结果:①试验组的治疗有效率为92%(46/50)高于对照组的76%(38/50),且差异存在统计学意义(P=0.029);②治疗后,两组的疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分、肢体运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均优于治疗前,且试验组的以上评分均优于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P均=0.000)。结论:中医针灸综合疗法联合除痹通络汤熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效显著,不仅可以缓解患者疼痛,还可以提升患者肢体运动能力、腰椎功能及日常活动能力,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and prognostic evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction(除痹通络汤)fumigation in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:100 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group received Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in Chinese medicine combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction fumigation.At the end of the treatment,the treatment efficiency,pain condition,lumbar spine function,limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 92%(46/50),which was higher than that of the control group 76%(38/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).(2)After treatment,the pain scores,lumbar spine function scores,limb motor function scores,and activities of daily living scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the above scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chubi Tongluo decoction fumigation has a significant effect on the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.It can not only relieve the pain of patients,but also improve the patient's limb exercise ability,lumbar function and daily activity ability.It is worthy of clinical application.
