摘要
[研究目的]通过对比分析中美智库在社交平台上的现状,探究Altmetrics视角下中美智库的影响力,以期发现我国智库媒体影响力发展中的不足之处,为提升我国智库社交媒体影响力提供参考。[研究方法]选取《全球智库报告2019》中收录的25家中美顶尖智库为样本,以Twitter、Facebook、微博等社交平台作为指标数据来源,结合Altmetrics指标展开比较分析。[研究结论]研究发现我国智库在某些社交平台上并没有官方账号,部分智库还存在“僵尸账号”的现象,智库发布的带有中立情感的内容对于智库提升社交平台影响力助益不大;美国智库在发布内容的质量、数量以及更新速度上优于我国智库,用户的参与程度高;同时我国智库在学术社交平台上的表现与美国差距较大,学术成果在社交平台上的分享程度较低。
[Research purpose]This article aims to explore the influence of Chinese and American think tanks from the perspective of Altmetrics,and discover the deficiencies in the development of Chinese think tanks'media influence through a comparative analysis of the status quo of Chinese and American think tanks on social platforms,with a view to providing reference on enhancing Chinese think tanks social media influence.[Research method]The paper selected 25 top think tanks in China and the United States included in the"Global Think Tank Report 2019"as samples,used social platforms such as Twitter,Facebook,and Weibo as indicator data sources,and conducted comparative analysis with Altmetrics indicators.[Research conclusions]The study found that Chinese think tanks do not have official accounts on some social platforms,and some think tanks still have"zombie accounts".The neutral sentiment content released by think tanks is not helpful for think tanks to enhance the influence of social platforms.At the same time,the performance of Chinese think tanks on academic social platforms is far from that of the United States,and the sharing of academic achievements on social platforms is relatively low.
