摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视教育工作,始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位。高校是教育培养青年人才的重要园地,宣传工作应为育人服务。本文从全媒体时代高校宣传育人面临的机遇和挑战入手,聚焦当前高校宣传育人存在的传统媒体和新媒体融合机制不完善、各级媒体平台协同配合不紧密、高校校园媒体宣传育人功能发挥不凸显等短板弱项,立足“三全育人”“四全媒体”“八个统一”,提出加强宣传育人体系机制建设、引入人工智能实现精准育人、坚持以人为本提升育人质效,着力构建一体化高校宣传育人体系。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to education and places it in a strategic position of priority development.Colleges and universities are important places for the education and training of young talents.Hence,publicity work should serve the education.This paper starts from the opportunities and challenges colleges and universities face when educating students by publicity in the omnimedia era,focusing on weak points,such as incomplete mechanism when traditional media integrated with new media,the untight coodination among all media platforms,the insufficient functioning etc.It proposes an integrated campus publicity education mechanism in colleges and universities based on the principles of the“Three-all Education”,the“Four-all Media”,and the“Eight Unifications”,realizes accurate education and improving the education quality by adhering to student-oriented policy by introducing artificial intelligence techniques,constructs the integrated campus publicity education mechanism.
