基于长三角一体化语境下的淮安校地人才共享研究

Research on Talent Sharing Between Schools and Regions in Huai'an in the Context of Yangtze River Delta Integration

在长三角一体化国家战略语境下,人才成为影响与制约我国地方经济社会发展的重要因素,人才共享作为一种人才流通的渠道;是解决地方人才缺口的重要机制,也是有效的人力资源配置方式。淮安市作为长三角城市群中的重要城市之一,在整个长三角一体化国家战略实施中具有极其重要的地位与价值。以淮安市召开第八次党的代表大会为契机,深入研究长三角一体化语境下的淮安校地人才共享问题,有利于推动淮安市经济社会发展,为长三角城市发展提供一种有效的理论借鉴,也有利于创新人才共享机制,为我国社会发展提供有力的智力支持。

In the context of the national strategy of Yangtze River Delta Integration,talents have become an important factor affecting and restraining China's local economic and social development.Talent sharing,a channel of talent circulation,is not only an important mechanism to solve the local talent gap,but also an effective way of human resource allocation.As one of the important cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,Huai'an City has an extremely important position and value in the implementation of the national strategy of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Taking the Eighth Party Congress held in Huai'an as an opportunity,this paper studies deeply talent sharing between Huai'an schools and regions in the context of Yangtze River Delta Integration,which is conducive to promoting the economic and social development of Huai'an,providing an effective theoretical reference for the urban development of the Yangtze River Delta,innovating the talent sharing mechanism and offering strong intellectual support for China's social development.
