新时代高校基层党支部组织力提升路径探析

On the Path to Improve the Organizational Strength of the Grassroots Party Branches in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

组织力是组织在设计和运行以及发展过程中所形成的一种合力。高校基层党支部组织力体现在引领力、结构力、团队力、向心力、变革力五个维度,通过分析高校基层党支部组织力建设存在的问题,提出高校基层党支部组织力提升的具体路径,即通过加强思想政治理论学习、建立健全党支部组织体系、注重骨干队伍差异化建设、推进内涵式发展建设、品牌特色创新探索等。

Organizational strength is a resultant force formed in the process of organizational design,operation and development.The organizational strength of grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities is reflected in five dimensions:leadership,structure,team,center and reform.By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of the grassroots party branches,this paper puts forward the specific paths to improve the organizational strength,namely,strengthening the study of ideological and political theory,establishing and perfecting the organizational system of Party branches,paying attention to the differentiated construction of key faculty,promoting the construction of connotative development,innovating and exploring brand and characteristics,etc.
