南通市产业结构时空间演变特征分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Time and Space Evolution of Nantong's Industrial Structure

运用偏离—份额分析法,综合结构效益分析,对南通地区的产业结构现状进行剖析,分析影响其产业结构发展的因素,评价南通市经济产业结构优劣及潜在发展能力,据此进行产业结构的动态调整,确定南通未来一段时期内的发展方向。分析结果表明,(1)南通市现有的产业结构之间存在诸多不合理,产业结构转型升级难题依然存在,产业结构与就业人口比重不相匹配,一、三产业提供就业能力存在极大反差,与同期江苏省以及全国三次产业结构占比以及从业人口占比存在差距;(2)各县市经济发展势头优于市区,市区经济发展速度远低于南通市平均发展水平,南通市经济发展呈现强而不聚的总体格局。

This paper uses the deviation-share analysis method and the comprehensive structural benefit analysis to analyze the status quo of the industrial structure in Nantong area, analyze its influencing factors, evaluate the pros and cons of Nantong’s economic structure and its own competitiveness, and make dynamic adjustments to the industrial structure accordingly, to determine the development direction of Nantong in the future.Through data analysis,(1)there are still many irrationalities among the existing industrial structures in Nantong City, the difficult problems of industrial structure transformation and upgrading still exist, the industrial structure does not match the proportion of the employed population, and the primary and tertiary industries have a great contrast in their ability to provide employment;(2)the economic development momentum of counties and cities is better than that of the urban areas, and the economic development speed of the urban areas is much lower than the average development level of Nantong City, economic development shows a pattern of strong but not gathering.
