香蕉叶柄和假茎单宁含量与抗假茎象甲关系研究 被引量:1

Correlation between Tannin Content in Petiole and Pseudostem of Banana and Its Resistance to Odoiporus longicollis(Oliver)

摘要 为了明确香蕉单宁含量与其对假茎象甲抗性的关系,采用香蕉假茎平均蛀道数比值法评价了6个香蕉品种对假茎象甲的抗性,同时采用香草醛法测定了各品种香蕉叶柄和假茎的单宁含量并分析了单宁含量与其对假茎象甲抗性的关系。结果表明,广粉1号和海贡蕉对假茎象甲的抗性较强,南天皇和粤科1号抗虫性次之,宝岛蕉和巴西蕉抗虫性较差。香蕉叶柄和假茎单宁含量测定结果表明,各品种香蕉单宁含量差异较大,其单宁含量为7.21~16.60 mg/g,而且香蕉假茎单宁含量高于叶柄单宁含量。香蕉假茎和叶柄单宁含量与其对假茎象甲抗性相关分析表明,香蕉假茎单宁含量与其对假茎象甲抗性显著负相关,而叶柄单宁含量与其对假茎象甲抗性无相关性。该研究旨在探索香蕉品种对假茎象甲的抗性机理,为抗虫香蕉品种的选育提供科学依据。 To understand the resistance of six banana varieties to banana pseudostem weevil as well as the role of tannin content in banana petioles and pseudostems in resistance to banana pseudostem weevil. The resistance level of each banana variety to banana pseudostem weevil were evaluated by average ratio of borer hole number of larva of Odoiporus longicollis six banana varieties. The tannin content in banana petioles and pseudostems was determined by vanillin method, and the relationship between tannin content and insect resistance was studied by correlation analysis. The results of resistance evaluation showed that Guangfen 1 and Haigongjiao had the strongest resistance to O. longicollis, followed by Nantianhuang and Yueke 1. Baodaojiao and Baxijiao showed the lowest resistance. The determination results of tannin content in banana petioles and pseudostems showed that the tannin content was quite different in different banana varieties, and the tannin content was between 7.21-16.60 mg/g, and the tannin content in pseudostems was higher than that in petioles. The correlation analysis showed that the tannin content in pseudostems had a significantly negatively correlation with its resistance to O. longicollis, while the tannin content in petioles had no correlation with its resistance to O. longicollis. The study will understand the resistance mechanism of banana varieties to O. longicollis and provide scientific basis for the selection and breeding insect-resistant banana varieties.
