摘要
疆锋铁矿原设计的采矿方法已经不适应政策的变化。为此,分别从技术、经济、政策和持续发展方面对采矿方法开展优化工作。将Ⅱ号矿段采矿工艺优化为点柱式上向分层充填法、上向水平进路法和分段空场嗣后充填法。优化后,开采贫化率大幅降低,地表变形也得到有效控制,外排尾砂量减少了55%,生产废石全部充填采空区。新方案既保护了地表的自然环境,又提高了地下开采的安全性,使矿山生产更符合国家的产业政策,促进了矿山的可持续发展。
The original designed mining method of Jiangfeng Iron Mine is no longer suitable for policy changes.Therefore,the mining method is optimized from the aspects of technology,economy,policy and sustainable development.The mining process of No.Ⅱ ore block is optimized as point-column upward slicing filling method,upward horizontal approach method and segmented open-field subsequent filling method.After optimization,the mining dilution rate is greatly reduced,and the surface deformation is also effectively controlled.The amount of tailings discharged from the outside is reduced by 55 %,and the production waste rock is filled in the goaf.The new scheme not only protects the natural environment of the surface,but also improves the safety of underground mining,makes mine production more in line with national industrial policies and promotes the sustainable development of mines.
