摘要
某高硫型金矿石中的金矿物主要为自然金,金品位为3.50 g/t,并可综合回收银和硫。为实现该金矿资源的高效综合回收利用,在磨矿细度-0.075 mm占70%的条件下,采用金硫混合浮选—金硫分离—浮硫工艺流程,以丁基黄药与丁铵黑药为组合捕收剂,可获得金品位40.46 g/t、银品位52.38 g/t、金回收率95.62%、银回收率68.87%的金精矿,以及硫品位49.98%、硫回收率70.71%的硫精矿。
The studied gold ore belongs to high sulfur gold ore with Au grade of 3.50 g/t,and the gold minerals of gold ore are mainly native gold.Meanwhile,it can be used for comprehensive recovery of silver and sulfur.In order to realize the high efficient recycling and utilization of the gold resources,the pro⁃cess including mixed flotation of sulfur and gold,separation of gold and sulfur,and sulfur flotation was con⁃ducted at the grinding fineness 70%of-0.074 mm,and the combination of butyl xanthate and ammonium butyl aerofloat was taken as the flotation collector.As a result,the gold concentrate with Au grade of 40.46 g/t,Ag grade of 52.38 g/t and gold recovery of 95.62%as well as silver recovery of 68.87%was achieved.Besides,the sulphur concentrate with S grade of 49.98%,and sulphur recovery of 70.71%was obtained.
