张庄铁矿磨矿系统优化试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了减少磨矿过程中的能耗及电耗损失,实现精确化磨矿,针对张庄矿铁矿石磨矿产品粒度特性,进行了磨矿系统优化研究。通过球径半理论公式计算出最佳球径,确定了试验室最佳磨矿条件为磨矿时间2.5 min,磨矿浓度67%,钢球充填率40%,钢球球径配比ϕ50 mm∶ϕ40 mm∶ϕ30 mm=30%∶40%∶30%,混合球径40 mm。研究表明:精确化装球制度相较于偏大球装球制度和偏小球装球制度,磨矿产品新生-0.075 mm粒级产率最高,磨矿产品粒度特性更加均匀,磁选工艺可以获得更好的磁选指标。 In order to reduce the loss of energy and electricity in grinding process and realize precise grinding,the optimization of grinding system was studied according to the granularity characteristics of grinding products of Zhangzhuang iron ore.The optimal ball diameter was calculated by the semi-theoreti⁃cal formula of the ball diameter.The optimal grinding conditions in the laboratory were determined as fol⁃lows:grinding time 2.5 min,grinding concentration 67%,steel ball filling ratio is 40%,the ball diameter ratio of the steel ball isϕ50 mm∶ϕ40 mm∶ϕ30 mm=30%∶40%∶30%,and the mixed ball diameter is 40 mm.Research shows that by adopting is compared with the larger ball-loading system and the smaller ball loading system,the precision ball-loading system the new-0.075 mm particle size of grinding products has the highest yield,and the particle size characteristics of the grinding products are more uniform.After mag⁃netic separation,a better magnetic separation index can be obtained.
