水厂铁矿某排土场固废资源综合利用工艺研究

摘要 为研究水厂铁矿某排土场矿产资源综合利用项目工艺特点,通过分析固废资源物料性质、产品方案和主体工艺设备,研究了工艺流程对产线运行稳定性及产品质量的影响,同时与传统建材生产线工艺流程进行了对比。研究结果表明:该工艺流程具有除土效果优、建材生产线运行稳定、产品质量优、铁矿物回收充分的特点;该研究对利用排土场固废资源生产建材产品具有较强的借鉴意义。 In order to study the technological characteristics of the project of comprehensive utiliza⁃tion of mineral resources in a dumping site of Shuichang Iron Mine,the properties of solid waste resources,the product scheme and the main technological equipment are analyzed,the influence of process flow on the stability of production line and product quality is studied.Compared with the traditional building material production line process flow,it is found that the process has the characteristics of excellent soil removal ef⁃fect,stable operation of the building material production line,excellent product quality,and sufficient iron mineral recovery.The article has a good reference significance for the use of solid waste resources in dumping sites to produce building materials products.
