摘要 为保障金属非金属矿山井下适宜的作业劳动环境,总结出国内金属非金属矿山通风五大常见问题,并分析其诱发原因,得到矿井通风优化通用技术方案。矿井通风问题与矿井总风量、通风构筑物设置、井巷功能改变、通风机站位置,风量分配有关。以龙塘沿铁矿为工程背景,用排尘风速和通风降温风速核算矿井总风量,根据矿井开拓系统井巷规格评估风路通风量,利用通风网络解算技术开展风量分配解算与风机选型,为矿井通风系统优化调整提供理论指导。 In order to ensure a suitable working environment in metal and non-metal mines,five common problems of domestic metal and non-metal mine ventilation were summarized,and the causes were analyzed,a general technical plan for optimization of mine ventilation was obtained.The problem of mine ventilation is related to the total air volume of the mine,the setting of ventilation structures,the change of shaft functions,the location of the ventilator station,and the distribution of air volume.Taking Longtangyan Iron Mine as the engineering background,the total air volume of the mine was calculated by using the dust emission wind speed and the ventilation cooling wind speed.The ventilation volume of the air duct was evaluated according to the roadway specification of the mine development system.The calcula⁃tion of air volume distribution and the selection of fans were carried out by using the ventilation network cal⁃culation technology,which provided theoretical guidance for the optimization and adjustment of the mine ventilation system.
