生物氧化-炭浆提金厂金属平衡管理实践

摘要 为了进一步完善生物氧化炭浆提金工艺金属平衡管理工作,针对计量精确度不够、样品代表性不足、金属流失方向不明、流失量较大等问题,以某金精矿冶炼厂生产实际为例,从金精矿购入计量、样品制备、化验分析、现场管理、工艺优化、流程考查、科技创新等方面分析了影响金属平衡的关键因素,提出了相应的优化改进措施。实践得出,最终可通过加强前端源头控制、过程优化改造、末端应收尽收的方式有效降低金属量的损失,减少理论与实际金属平衡误差,提高金属平衡管理水平。 In order to further improve the metal balance management of bio-oxidized carbon slurry gold extraction process,aiming at the problems of insufficient measurement accuracy,insufficient sample representation,unknown direction of metal loss and large loss,taking the production practice of a gold con⁃centrate smelter as an example,the key factors affecting the metal balance were analyzed from the aspects of gold concentrate purchase and measurement,sample preparation,laboratory analysis,field manage⁃ment,process optimization,process investigation and scientific and technological innovation,and the cor⁃responding optimization and improvement measures were put forward.Finally,the loss of metal quantity can be effectively reduced by strengthening front-end source control,process optimization and transforma⁃tion,and full collection of receivable at the end,theoretical and practical metal balance error is reduced,metal balance management level is improved.
