随着信息技术的发展,医院成本管理信息化已成为提升医院运营能力的重要手段。本文以镇江市A医院为例,探讨医院成本管理信息化的范围、目标、组织架构和流程,提出优化医院成本管理信息化的路径建议。

With the development of information technology, the informatization of hospital cost management has become an important approach to improving hospital operation capabilities. This paper took Zhenjiang A Hospital as an example to discuss the scope, aim, organizational structure and process of hospital cost management informatization, and propose suggestions to optimize hospital cost management informatization.
