摘要
为了实现对厂矿企业废气和尾气中VOC的连续在线实时监控,设计制作了一种基于STM32F407单片机与PID光离子传感器的无线通讯实时在线VOC监控系统。研究了PID电离子传感器的检测原理及使用方法,并详细阐述了监控系统的组成以及无线通讯系统的组成,同时对按键电路、液晶显示单元的设计和制作也作了详尽的描述。
In order to working out real time online supervisory and control for VOC in waste gas and tail gas of factories,a kind of wireless communication monitoring system based on STM32 F407 single-chip microcomputer and PID(Photo Ionization Detection) sensor is designed and made in this paper.Detection principle and application method of PID is studied in this paper.In addition,the composition of monitoring system and wireless communication system is described at length. Design and fabrication of key circuit and liquid crystal display unit are elaborated in detail.
