摘要
设计了一种HVI检测棉花的自动系统,该系统采用PLC控制,由工业机器人、滚筒输送线、扫码枪、HVI机等组成,能够省时、省力、高效地完成HVI检测棉花的自动系统及数据统计任务。
In order to reduce the manpower and times cost of cotton HVI inspection,an automatic system is designed in this paper.The system is controlled by PLC,which is combined with industrial robots,conveyor line,code scanning gun,HVI machine and so on.The system takes fewer times and labors to complete cotton HVI inspection and data statistics tasks efficiently.
