新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下不同人群中医五脏症状调查及简析

A Brief Analysis and an Investigation into the Symptoms of Five Viscerain Different Populations Under the Background of COVID-19 Epidemic

目的:从中医病因病机角度探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)流行期不同人群的中医五脏症状及健康状况,为中医辨证论治COVID-19提供思路。方法:运用临床流行病学调查方法,采用中医五脏健康问卷,基于网络平台对受疫情影响人群进行问卷调查。结果:共回收有效答卷5296份;五脏症状总平均分为(9.27±6.30)分,五脏各项评分在不同年龄、性别、人群分级、学历、地域间有显著差异。结论:COVID-19流行期间人群五脏症状以脾系、肝系、肺系症状为主,上、中二焦居多;病邪以热、湿、虚、瘀为主;COVID-19的中医辨证可从脾、肺、肝考虑。

Objective:To provide the thinking for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment by discussing the symptoms of five viscera and healthy state of different population during the epidemic period of COVID-19 from TCM cause and pathogenesis.Methods:By using clinical epidemiological investigation method,the population affected by the epidemic were surveyed based on the network platform using the questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:A total of 5296 valid questionnaires were recovered;total average scores of five viscera symptoms were(9.27±6.30)points,there were the significant differences in the age,gender,the population,educational background and the regions among different items scores of five viscera.Conclusion:The population during the epidemic period of COVID-19 usually manifest the symptoms of spleen,liver and lung system,the disease is located at the upper and middle energizers mostly;the pathogenic factors are heat,damp,deficiency and blood stasis mainly;and the syndrome differentiation of COVID-19 could be considered from spleen,lung and liver.
