张仲景柴胡方方族组方规律研究

Study on the Formulation Law of Zhang Zhongjing’s Chaihu Formula Family

目的:研究张仲景柴胡方方族的用药规律,探讨其演化与后世医家对柴胡方方族的理解。方法:以《张仲景方方族》收录的柴胡汤方族、四逆散方族的相关方剂为研究对象,在中医传承辅助平台建立数据库,运用频次分析、组方规律、相似方剂等功能完成相关方剂的数据分析。结果:最终纳入方剂101首,包含中药98味,其中用药频次至少10次的中药共计20味;当置信度为0.9,支持度设置为20%、25%、40%时,分别得到常用药物组合140条、127条、33条,分别包含中药11味、10味、8味。选取配伍高频药物当归、陈皮、栀子作核心组合分析,发现在妇科病、脾胃病中使用频率较高。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台分析总结出的柴胡方方族的药物配伍特点及其用药规律体现出后世医家对柴胡方方族的理解,以期为更广泛的应用及现代研究提供参考。

Objective:To study the medication law of Zhang Zhongjing’s Chaihu formula family,and survey its development and the later physician’s understanding to Chaihu formula family.Methods:The relevant prescriptions of Chaihu decoction formula family and Sini powder formula family included in Zhang Zhongjing’s formula family(the second edition)were chosen as the research objects,the database was established in TCMISS,the data of the relevant prescriptions was analyzed by using frequency analysis,formulation laws and similar prescriptions.Results:Consequently,101 prescriptions were included,containing 98 herbs,among them,20 drugs were used at least ten times;when the confidence was 0.9 and the support was set to 20%,25%and 40%,140,127 and 33 commonly used drug combinations were obtained,including 11,10 and 8 herbs.After choosing and analyzing compatible high frequency drugs Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)and Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)as the core combination,it was found that they were frequently used in gynecological diseases,spleen and stomach diseases.Conclusion:The characteristics of drug compatibility and its medication laws of Chaihu formula family are analyzed and summarized via TCMISS,it embodies the later physicians’understanding to Chaihu formula family,in order to provide the reference for wider application and modern research.
