耳穴压豆联合药罐治疗脑梗死后失眠疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effects of Auricular Points Plaster Therapy and Medicine Cup in Treating Insomnia after Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合药罐治疗脑梗死后失眠的临床疗效。方法:将90例脑梗死后失眠患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组口服艾司唑仑片,治疗组给予耳穴压豆联合药罐治疗。比较两组疗效及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、多导睡眠图。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.89%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);治疗组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组睡眠潜伏和浅睡眠时间短于对照组(P<0.05),深睡眠和REM期时间较对照组增加(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合药罐可以缩短脑梗死后失眠患者睡眠潜伏时间,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of auricular points plaster therapy and medicine cup in the treatment of insomnia after cerebral infarction.Methods:All 90 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group with 45 cases in each group,the control group took estazolam tablets orally,and the treatment group were treated by auricular points plaster therapy and medicine cup.To compare clinical effects,PSQI scores and polysomnography(PSG)between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05);PSQI scores of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group was shorter than the control group in sleep latency and light sleep time(P<0.05),deep sleep and REM period time increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points plaster therapy and medicine cup could shorten sleep latency and improve the quality of sleep.
