摘要
目的探究江苏省体育高考生社会支持与学习倦怠间的关系,为从提供社会支持的视角管理该类群体学习倦怠提供依据。方法采用领悟社会支持及青少年学习倦怠量表,对方便抽取的2018年江苏省扬州大学考点978体育高考生进行调查。结果①体育高考生社会支持(64±11)及学习倦怠得分(43±9)均高于量表平均分;②体育高考生在社会支持得分上,独生子女社会支持以及朋友支持与其他支持2维度得分均高于非独生子女(P<0.05);单亲家庭、三口之家的家庭支持得分均低于四世同堂。体育高考生在学习倦怠得分上,男生学习倦怠、学业疏离感得分均高于女生(P<0.05),低成就感得分男生低于女生(P<0.05);独生子女低成就感维度得分低于非独生子女(P<0.05);三口之家、三世同堂身心耗竭维度得分均低于四世同堂。③回归分析结果显示,社会支持、家庭支持、朋友支持及其他支持分别解释体育高考生学习倦怠变异的11.1%、10.5%、9.8%及7.9%,男体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的10.4%、9.9%、9.2%和7.0%,女体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的10.2%、9.2%、8.2%和7.9%,独生子女体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的10.4%、8.9%、9.2%和8.6%,非独生子女体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的10.7%、10.9%、9.2%和6.2%,单亲家庭体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的12.5%、9.8%、12.7%和8.4%,三口之家体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的9.8%、7.1%、10.4%和7.1%,三世同堂分体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的10.0%、10.8%、7.6%和6.8%,四世同堂体育高考生学习倦怠总变异的14.7%、16.7%、11.0%和10.8%。结论社会支持水平越高的体育高考生,其学习倦怠感越低,因此,提供更多社会支持对预防或缓解体育高考生学习倦怠具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between social support and learning burnout of sports college entrance examinees in Jiangsu Province,and to provide evidence for the management of learning burnout among these groups from the perspective of providing social support.Methods A total of 978 entrance examinees from the 2018 test center of Yangzhou University in Jiangsu Province were investigated by using the Perception Social Support and Adolescent Learning Burnout Scale.Results①The scores of social support(64±11)and learning burnout(43±9)were both higher than the average scores.②In terms of social support scores,the scores of social support,friend support and other support of only child were higher than those of non-only child(P<0.05);The scores of family support in single-parent families and three-person families were lower than those in four-generation families.In terms of the scores of learning burnout,boys′scores of learning burnout and sense of academic alienation were higher than those of girls(P<0.05),while boys′scores of low achievement were lower than those of girls(P<0.05).The score of low achievement dimension of only child was lower than that of non-only child(P<0.05);The scores of physical and mental exhaustion in a family of three and three generations were lower than those in a family of four generations.③The regression analysis results show that social support,family support,friend support and other support explain 11.1%,10.5%,9.8%and 7.9%of the variation of learning burnout of Sports College entrance examinees respectively,and 10.4%,9.9%,9.2%and 7.0%of the total variation of learning burnout of male entrance examinees respectively.10.2%,9.2%,8.2%and 7.9%of the total variation of female candidates′learning burnout respectively.10.4%,8.9%,9.2%and 8.6%of the total variation of learning burnout of only child candidates respectively,and 10.7%,10.9%,9.2%and 6.2%of the total variation of learning burnout of non-only child candidates respectively,12.5%,9.8%,12.7%and 8.4%of the total variation of learning burnout of candidates in single-parent families respectively.9.8%,7.1%,10.4%and 7.1%of the total variation of learning burnout of candidates in three-person families respectively,and 10.0%,10.8%,7.6%and 6.8%of the total variation of learning burnout of candidates in three generations family respectively.The total variation of learning burnout was 14.7%,16.7%,11.0%and 10.8%among the four generations candidates.Conclusion The higher the social support level of Sports College entrance examinees,the lower the sense of learning burnout.Therefore,providing more social support has a positive effect on preventing or alleviating the learning burnout of Sports College entrance examinees.
