低能量激光疗法联合Dycal用于大鼠磨牙直接盖髓术的体内研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察低能量激光疗法(LLLT)联合Dycal用于大鼠磨牙直接盖髓对牙髓炎、修复性牙本质形成及IL-1β、TRPA1表达的影响。方法:64只大鼠随机均分成对照组(NC)、低能量激光组(LLLT)、Dycal组(Dy)、联合组(LLLT+Dy)(n=16)。直接盖髓术后3、7、14、28 d取标本,行HE及免疫组化(IHC)染色观察。结果:LLLT组与LLLT+Dy组炎症反应在术后14、28 d都存在显著性差异(P<0.0167);修复性牙本质桥形成在术后14 d,LLLT+Dy组与LLLT组、Dy组存在显著性差异(P<0.0167);术后28 d,LLLT+Dy组与LLLT组存在显著性差异(P<0.0167)。IL-1β、TRPA1阳性MOD值在术后7 d存在显著性差异,Dy组>LLLT组>LLLT+Dy组>NC组(P<0.05),术后14 d存在显著性差异,LLLT组、Dy组均>LLLT+Dy组(P<0.05)。结论:低能量激光联合Dycal可能通过减少IL-1β、TRPA1的表达来减轻牙髓炎症、促进修复性牙本质的形成。 Objective:To investigate the pulp reactivity,the restorative dentin formation and the exprssion of IL-1β and TRPA1 after direct pulp capping by low level laser therapy(LLLT)combined with Dycal(Dy)in rat molars.Methods:64 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=16):Normal Control group(NC group),LLLT+Dy group,LLLT group and Dy group.Samples were collected on the 3rd,7th,14th and 28th day after pulp capping.HE and immunohistochemical staining(IHC)were performed in different time.Results:There was a significant difference in pulp inflammatory response between LLLT and LLLT+Dy groups on 14th and 28th day after operation(P<0.0167).About reparative dentin formation,there was a significant difference between LLLT+Dy,Dy and LLLT groups(P<0.0167)on the 14th day,between LLLT+Dy and LLLT groups on the 28th day(P<0.0167).IL-1β and TRPA1 expression of group Dy>LLLT>LLLT+Dy>ZC(P<0.05)on the 7th day;group Dy and LLLT>LLLT+Dy>ZC(P<0.05)on the 14th day.Conclusion:LLLT with Dycal for direct pulp capping may reduce the expression of IL-1βand TRPA1 to alleviate pulp inflammation and promore the restorative dentin formation.
