摘要
目的:分析邻接紧密型食物嵌塞发病特点,并对嵌塞牙邻接间隙变化进行量化研究。方法:对205例患者410个食物嵌塞区的牙位、健康状况、嵌塞程度等进行分析,并采用数字化技术对咬合前后的邻接间隙变化进行量化测量。结果:410个嵌塞区邻接紧密嵌塞271区(66.1%),间隙性嵌塞139区(33.9%),邻接紧密型嵌塞在第一、第二磨牙间为其好发位置(93区,34.3%),牙周炎、磨耗、排列不齐的发生率在嵌塞牙健康问题中居前三位。与健康牙比,患牙在咬合后邻接间隙增大(P<0.05)。结论:邻接紧密型食物嵌塞在食物嵌塞疾患中占比较高,患牙常伴随多种健康问题,咬合后邻面间隙显著增加。
Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of food impaction of the teeth with tight proximal contacts and quantitatively observe the interproximal space change.Methods:205 patients with 410 food impaction sites were included.The tooth position distribution,health status of the teeth and degree of food impaction with tight proximal contacts were analyzed.The changes of interproximal space change before and after occlusion were measured quantitatively by digital technology.Results:Among the 410 food impaction sites,270(66.1%)were with tight teeth contact and 139(33.9%)with interval.In the cases with tight teeth contact,the highest incidence of food impaction was found between the first and second molars(93 sites,34.3%).The incidence of periodontitis,attrition and misalignment ranked top 3 among the health problems of the teeth with food impaction.Compared with healthy natural teeth without food impaction,the interproximal space of teeth with tight contactor and food impaction increased after biting(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of food impaction with tight proximal contacts is high,and the affected teeth show a variety of health problems.The interproximal space of the teeth with food impaction increased significantly after occlusion.
