数字化可摘局部义齿支架模型的建立与结构强度的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立数字化可摘局部义齿支架模型,对其进行结构强度分析和形态优化。方法:通过3Shape Dental System软件设计上颌肯氏II类牙列缺损可摘局部义齿支架,使用Abaqus/CAE有限元软件分析支架受力及其对基牙、黏膜以及牙槽嵴的影响。结果:数字化模型精度高,支架结构完整、适合性较好。基于数字化支架建立的有限元模型相似性高。支架小连接体应力集中,远端下沉,缺隙侧基牙应力大于对侧基牙,缺牙区远端出现高应力区。有限元分析结果能够反应支架在口内的受力和运动情况。结论:运用有限元法对数字化支架进行分析和优化,能够完善数字化支架设计和制作过程。 Objective:To establish and analyze the model of the digital framework of removable partial denture(RPD).Methods:The framework for maxillary Kennedy Class II defect was built by 3Shape Dental System software.The stress of the framework and its effect on abutment,mucosa and alveolar ridge was analyzed by Abaqus/CAE.Results:The accuracy of the digital model was high,and the structure of the framework was complete with good suitability.The finite element model based on digital framework had high similarity.The stress was concentrated on the small junction of the framework,and its distal end sank.The stress of the abutment on the gap side was higher than that of the contralateral abutment,and the high stress area appeared in the distal edentulous area.The results of finite element analysis reflected the force and motion of the framework in the mouth.Conclusion:The analysis and optimization of digital framework can improve the reliability of the design and manufacture of RPD framework.
