家庭医生团队的优化研究——基于团队效能模型

Research on Optimization of Family Doctor Team---Based on Team Effectiveness Model

基于“输入-过程-输出”(IPO)理论,对家庭医生团队效能的定义和评价指标做出明确界定,分析家庭医生团队建设的影响因素,结合现状,构建我国家庭医生团队效能模型。从输入阶段的个人因素、团队因素和外部环境因素三个方面,提出家庭医生团队的优化建议,以期更好地推动我国家庭医生签约服务的健康可持续发展。

Based on the"input-process-output"(IPO)theory,this study aims to clarify the definition and evaluation indicators of fami-ly doctor team effectiveness,analyze the influencing factors for the development of family doctor team,and construct a family doctor team effectiveness model in our country.In view of personal factors,team factors and external environmental factors in the input stage,sugges-tions for the optimization of the family doctor team were put forward to better promote the healthy and sustainable development of contract-ed family doctor services in China.
