摘要
本文研究了在宁夏气候环境与设施条件下,羊肚菌产量与外源营养袋中小麦用量的关系,以及在羊肚菌栽培过程中几个关键阶段所需要的温、湿度条件和人为干预的关键环节等。通过温棚栽培羊肚菌试验以及对羊肚菌生长过程中的温、湿度进行连续观测分析,结果表明:利用发酵后的姬菇菌渣替代小麦制成的羊肚菌外源营养袋,随着菌渣添加比例增加、小麦用量减少,羊肚菌产量随之降低,外源营养袋中的小麦比例对羊肚菌产量影响很大;北方利用可移动式钢骨架温棚种植羊肚菌,应该在土壤温度由低到高变化的拐点出现后再施以催菇干预措施比较安全;土壤对温棚气温变化具有明显的缓冲作用;温棚湿度的日变化呈现出与温度变化步调相反的规律;钢骨架温棚可以为羊肚菌生长营造比较温和的环境条件。
This paper studied the relationships between the yield of toadstool and the amount of wheat in the exogenous nutrient bags(ENB)under climatic and facilities conditions.Besides,the temperature,humidity conditions and human intervention in key stages of toadstool cultivation were also studied.Based on continuous observations of temperature and humidity during the cultivation and growth of toadstool in greenhouse,the results indicated that for the toadstool ENBs made by using fermented pleurotus cornucopiae dregs to partially replace wheats,the proportion of wheats could greatly affect the yield of toadstools.As the use of dregs increased and the decrease of wheats,the yield of toadstools decreased.The moveable steel skeleton greenhouses have been used in northern areas.Some stimulus measures have been taken to ensure the safety of toadstools at the inflection point of soil temperature from low to high.The soil acts as a butter to temperature changes of greenhouses.The daily temperature change of greenhouses showed opposite laws with the temperature change.The steel skeleton greenhouses could create mild environmental conditions for toadstools.
