枸杞枝条发酵生物饲料可行性研究初报

Potential and Feasibility of Resource Utilizationof Lycium barbarum Branches to Produce Biofeed

【目的】探究枸杞枝条资源化发酵生产瘤胃动物饲料的可行性。【方法】枸杞枝条粉碎后,利用乳酸菌和酵母菌发酵生成饲料,检测发酵过程中木质纤维、粗蛋白、枸杞多糖等成分的变化。用发酵后的饲料开展家兔饲喂实验,监测家兔的生长状态和增重,对发酵产物进行评价。核算发酵成本并对比现有发酵饲料价格,判断资源化发酵饲料是否存在潜在经济价值。【结果】枸杞枝条粉碎发酵后,饲料中木质纤维成分降低(中性洗涤纤维降低19.13%,酸性洗涤纤维降低20.67%),饲料中枸杞多糖等有效成分保留,对家兔的生长状态无影响,发酵枸杞枝条饲料生产成本为885.37元/t。【结论】枸杞枝条可通过乳酸菌和酵母菌等益生菌发酵生成饲料,该资源化发酵饲料可用来饲喂动物,且具有一定的经济价值。

[Objective]To explore the feasibility of resource fermentation of Lycium barbarum branches to produce animal feed.[Methods]After crushing Lycium barbarum branches,lactic acid bacteria and yeast were used to ferment feed,and the contents of lignocellulosic components,crude protein and other nutrients,Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and other effective components were detected after fermentation.Use the fermented feed to feed the rabbits,and its safety was evaluated by the growth status and weight gain of the rabbits.[Result]After the Lycium barbarum branches are crushed and fermented,the lignocellulosic content in the feed decreased(neutral detergent fiber decreased by 19.13%,acid washing fiber reduced by 20.67%),and the effective components such as Lycium barbarum polysaccharides were retained in the feed,which has no effect on the growth of rabbits.Fermented Lycium barbarum branches feed cost is 885.37 yuan/t.[Conclusion]Lycium barbarum branches can be fermented into feed by lactic acid bacteria and yeasts and other probiotics,which can be used for animal feeding.
