农民工返乡就业创业是激活乡村全面振兴内生动力的关键所在。本文分析了我国农民工返乡创业的现状及制约因素,提出了推进农民工返乡创业的对策建议,旨在为支持和促进农民工返乡就业创业、助力乡村振兴提供借鉴参考。

Migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses plays a key role in activating the endogenous impetus of rural revitalization in an all-round way.In this paper,the current situations and restrictive factors of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,aiming to provide references for migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses and rural revitalization.
