油气勘探项目成果经济效益评价指标体系构建

Establishment of Economic Benef it Evaluation Index System of Oil and Gas Exploration Project Achievements

油气勘探是油气产业链之始端,其成效决定油气开采的规模和寿命,具有举足轻重的地位。基于油气勘探项目成果经济效益评价的内涵和现有相关文献成果的分类,从效益、效果、管理和高质量发展4方面构建了油气田物探、探井和勘探项目(或项目群)成果经济效益评价指标体系。研究成果能够为改善油气勘探项目工作,实现提质增效提供支撑,具有重要的现实意义。

As the beginning of the oil and gas industry chain,oil and gas exploration plays an important role in determining the scale and life of oil and gas exploitation.Based on the connotation of economic benef it evaluation of oil and gas exploration project achievements and the classif ication of existing related literature achievements,the economic benef it evaluation index system of geophysical exploration,exploration well and exploration project(or project group)achievements of oil and gas f ields are constructed from four aspects of benef it,effect,management and high-quality development.The research results can provide support for improving the work of oil and gas exploration projects and realizing the improvement of quality and eff iciency,which has important practical significance.
