炼化设备材料的监造检验质量管理

为提高项目综合整体经济效益,现在炼化工程都向大型、特大型一体化方向发展,从1000万吨/年炼油、80万吨乙烯/年,到2000万吨/年炼油、120万吨乙烯/年等特大型炼化一体化工程;随着装置、产能的扩大,单台设备也向大型化、特大型化发展,相关设备如大型塔器、容器、反应器等设备的制造及质量控制的难度在加大。在项目执行过程中经常遇到经各部门协力花费很大的时间和精力催交到项目现场的设备,在场验收、或单机试车阶段出现各种质量问题,使设备无法投入运行,制约了项目或装置按即定时间中交。因此充分做好设备、材料的质量控制、杜绝设备带病出厂、坚持“质量是最好的进度”管理理念是质量管理面对的重要课题。文章就设备材料监造及检验的质量管理进行研究分析。

In order to improve the overall economic benef its of a project,the ref ining project is now developing towards large-scale and mega-integration,from 10 million tons per year ref ining and 800000 tons of ethylene per year,to 20 million tons a year ref ining and 120 million tons of ethylene a year.With the expansion of equipment and capacity,single equipment is also developing towards large scale and super-large scale,but the diff iculty of manufacturing and quality control of related equipment such as large towers,containers,reactors and other equipment is increasing.In the process of project execution,we often encounter the equipment delivered to the project site through the cooperation of various departments and spend a lot of time and energy,but there are various quality problems in the stage of on-site acceptance or stand-alone test run,so that the equipment cannot be put into operation,restricting the project or device delivery in accordance with the specif ied time.Therefore,the quality control of equipment and materials,the elimination of equipment leaving the factory with disease,and the management concept of“quality is the best progress”is an important topic for quality management.This paper analyses the quality management of equipment and materials supervision and inspection.
