摘要
通过对LNG加气站主要电气设备正常运行时的能耗进行统计分析,提出了一种降低空压机运行周期、降低压缩空气损耗为目的的新型仪表风系统。该系统采用高分子膜式干燥器,压力开关、电磁阀等控制空压机气体的排出,增加一个二级缓冲罐作为干燥气体的存储装置,并在高分子膜式干燥器排气口设置单向阀,防止外部湿空气进入干燥器内部,以减少了损耗气体的排放。经过测试以及站点实际使用结果显示,该型仪表风系统比常规仪表风系统在同等工作条件下降低50%以上的耗电量,同时还降低维护成本和人力成本。
Through statistical analysis of energy consumption of main electrical equipment of LNG filling station,a new instrument air system for reducing the operation cycle of air compressor and reducing compressed air loss is proposed.The system uses a polymer membrane dryer,pressure switch,solenoid valve to control the discharge of air compressor gas,adds a secondary buffer tank as a storage device for drying gas,and sets a one-way valve at the polymer membrane dryer exhaust outlet to prevent external wet air into the dryer to reduce the emission of loss gas.After testing and the actual use results of the customer site,this instrument wind system reduces the power consumption by more than 50%under the same operating conditions,but also reduces the maintenance costs and labor costs.
