中国开始着手实施环境监测工作近40年,环境监测工作取得了良好的成就,初步建立了与基本国情相适应的监测方式,对我国环境保护工作发挥十分重要的作用。通过相关调查和研究可知,目前中国基层环境监测工作面临着新的挑战,同时也迎来了新的机遇,应当紧抓机遇迎接挑战,积极探索加强基层环境监测工作的有效途径。文章从多角度详细分析了新常态下基层环境监测工作面临的挑战和问题,并对加强基层环境监测工作的有效途径进行了深入研究和探索。

China has implement the environmental monitoring work for nearly 40 years,the environmental monitoring work has made good achievements.The initial establishment of monitoring methodscompatible with the basic national conditions has been established,it has a very important impact on China’s environmental protection work.Through the relevant investigation and research,it can be seen that China’s grass-roots level environmental monitoring work is facing new challenges,but also ushered in new opportunities,we should seize the opportunities to meet the challenges,and actively explore effective ways to strengthen the grass-roots level environmental monitoring work.This paper analyzes the challenges and problems facing grass-roots environmental monitoring work under the new normal from multiple angles,and deeply studies and explores the effective ways to strengthen grass-roots environmental monitoring work.
