摘要
文章研究通过对再冷凝器自动控制系统进行调试,实现了深圳LNG再冷凝器在气化生产线25万Nm3/h至设计最大负荷量150万Nm3/h工况下实现液位及压力的自动控制运行。并且调节低压压缩机负荷时,加减外输量及启停线时,压力不会超出10 kPa上下波动,液位不会超出100 mm上下波动。根据文章研究可知,该系统的成功调试和运行实现了LNG接收站工艺操作自动化,提高了工艺运行的稳定性与LNG接收站的工艺运行安全性。同时,还可为国内已建、在建LNG接收站的数字化、智慧化转型、设计提供了运行和设计思路及自动控制技术基础。
In this article,the recondenser automatic control system was debugged to realize the level and pressure of the Shenzhen LNG recondenser in the gasif ication production line from 250000 Nm^(3)/h to the design maximum load of 1.5 million Nm^(3)/h.Automatic control operation.And when adjusting the load of the low-pressure compressor,the pressure will not exceed 10 kPa and fluctuate up and down,and the liquid level will not fluctuate up and down beyond 100 mm when adding or subtracting the output and the start-stop line.According to the research in this article,the successful commissioning and operation of the system has realized the automation of the process operation of the LNG receiving station,and improved the stability of the process operation and the safety of the process operation of the LNG receiving station.At the same time,it can also provide operation and design ideas and automatic control technology basis for the digitalization and intelligent transformation and design of domestic LNG receiving stations that have been built or under construction.
