压力容器是海洋石油平台中非常主要的压力承受设备。在海洋石油平台的建设工作中,需要认真思考工作环境对压力容器造成的腐蚀,分析腐蚀的原因,而后采取科学措施加以管控,减少压力容器腐蚀到来的不良影响,延长压力容器的使用寿命,提高其使用安全性,以便促进海洋石油领域的稳定发展。基于此,文章针对压力容易腐蚀的几种类型以及基本处理方法进行分析,并在此基础上简要分析海洋石油压力容器防腐蚀技术及有效的管控措施。

Pressure vessel is a very important pressure bearing equipment in offshore oil platform.In the construction of offshore oil platform,it is necessary to seriously consider the corrosion of pressure vessels caused by working environment,analyze the causes of corrosion,and then take scientific measures to control,reduce the adverse effects of pressure vessel corrosion,prolong the service life of pressure vessels and improve their safety,so as to promote the stable development of offshore oil field.Based on this,this paper analyzes several types of pressure vessels prone to corrosion and basic treatment methods,and briefly analyzes the anti-corrosion technology of offshore oil pressure vessels and the effective control measures that can be taken.The basic contents are described below.
