一种间歇工艺生产高弯曲模量聚丙烯的方法 被引量:1

摘要 目前国内采用间歇工艺生产的聚丙烯,受工艺影响,取热困难,一般情况下使用活性较低的催化剂,生产的产品弯曲模量低,只能应用于塑料盆等低端领域。实验通过筛选催化剂、同时添加高效成核剂,可生产高弯曲模量聚丙烯专用料,产品主要用于汽车、家电等高端领域。实验结果表明,当采用以MgCl_(2)为载体的TiCl_(4)催化剂A、NA-21成核剂用量为1000 mg/L时,此时生产的聚丙烯弯曲模量可达2055 MPa,同时保持较好的冲击性能,悬臂梁冲击强度为3.8 kJ/m^(2),满足下游客户需求。 At present,the intermittent process is used in domestic production of polypropylene,which is affected by the process and diff icult to take heat.Under normal circumstances,the catalyst with low activity is used to produce products with low bending modulus,which can only be used in low-end f ields such as plastic basins.High bending modulus polypropylene special materials can be produced by selecting catalysts and adding high eff iciency nucleating agent.The products are mainly used in high-end f ields such as automobiles and home appliances.The experimental results show that,when using TiCl_(4) catalyst A with MgCl_(2) as the carrier,and NA-21 is formed When the dosage of core agent is 1000 mg/L,the bending modulus of polypropylene produced at this time can reach 2055 MPa,while maintaining good impact performance.The impact strength of cantilever beam is 3.8 kJ/m^(2),which can meet the needs of downstream customers.
