摘要
NEK7属于NIMA相关激酶家族,是该家族最小的成员之一。NEK7是一种多功能激酶,影响中心体复制、线粒体调节、细胞内蛋白质转运、DNA修复和有丝分裂纺锤体组装等。迄今,NEK7的生理和病理作用已被广泛报道,且相关研究主要集中在有丝分裂调控和NLRP3炎症小体激活中,但具体调节机制仍有待进一步明确。文章主要概述了NEK7在有丝分裂和炎症相关的生物学特征,及其在炎症相关性疾病和恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,探讨了其作为疾病治疗靶点的可能性及其潜在应用前景。
NEK7 belongs to the NIMA-related kinase family and is one of the smallest members of the family.NEK7 is a multifunctional kinase that affects centrosome replication,mitochondrial regulation,intracellular protein transport,DNA repair,and mitotic spindle assembly.So far,the physiological and pathological effects of NEK7 have been widely reported,and related studies have focused on mitosis regulation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation,but the specific regulatory mechanism still needs to be further clarified.This article mainly summarizes NEK7’s biological characteristics related to mitosis and inflammation,and its research progress in inflammation-related diseases and malignant tumors,as well as discusses its possibility as a disease treatment target and its potential application prospects.
