基于混合式教学模式的多维动态考核评价体系研究

On Multidimensional Dynamic Assessment and Evaluation Mechanism of Blended Learning

多维动态考核评价体系是充分发挥混合式教学模式在教学实践过程中重要作用的核心。结合浙江万里学院国际贸易理论与政策的课程特点及教学要求,借鉴混合式教学模式的课程考核方法,针对不同的教学模块内容采取相适宜的考核方式,在课前、课中、课后三个阶段,制定详细的评价指标,确定多元评价主体,全方位地把控线上、线下评价内容,采用多维立体的全过程评价方法,形成一套合理性与实用性并存的混合式教学模式多维动态考核评价体系,激发学生学习的主动性并培养学生的创新实践能力,以此来进一步促进教学方法的改革。

Multidimensional dynamic assessment and evaluation mechanism is the core of giving full play to the improtant role of blended learning in the practice process of teaching.By making combination with the key features and teaching requirements of the course of International Trade Theory and Policy,it carried out the reform on traditional assessment method related to this course,so as to transform the teaching concept.In view of various teaching contents,it adopted the suitable assessment methods,so as to make evaluation indexes of pre-class,in class and after class in detail.On the other hand,it took into account the determination of the multiple evaluation subjects.In this way,it could comprehensively have a good grasp of the online and offline evaluation content.By taking advantage of the multidimensional assessment and evaluation method in the whole process,it helped the formation of a set of multidimensional dynamic assessment and evaluation mechanism for rational and practical blended learning,so as to drive the reform of teaching methods and enable students to take the initiative to involve in study as well as cultivate their ability in terms of innovation and practice.
