国六重型柴油车DPF再生排放特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于大量国六重型柴油车实际道路排放测试数据,文章选取了四辆测试过程中DPF(柴油机颗粒捕集器)主动再生的样车。样车DPF主动再生完毕后,进行正常状态下的实际道路排放测试。对比样车DPF主动再生与正常状态下的排放测试数据,结果表明,相比于正常状态,样车DPF主动再生时,NOX和PN均不满足国六排放法规要求,NOX升高了5.8~29.4倍;PN升高了14.0~7148.9倍;CO没有一致的变化趋势;CO_(2)升高了6.3%~24.2%;油耗升高了16.2%~32.8%;动力性不变。 Based on the real driving emission test data of a lot of CHINA six-stage heavy-duty diesel vehicles,this paper selects four prototype vehicles that had undergone active DPF(diesel engine particulate trap)regeneration during the test.After the DPF active regeneration of the prototype vehicles was completed,the real driving emission tests under normal condition were performed.Comparing the emission test data of the prototype DPF active regeneration with the normal state,the results showed that compared with the normal state,when the prototype DPF actively regenerated,the NOX and PN did not meet the requirement of the CHINA Six-stage emission regulation,and the NOX increased by 5.8-29.4 times;PN increased by 14.0-7148.9 times;CO did not have a consistent change trend;CO_(2) increased by 6.3-24.2%;fuel consumption increased by 16.2-32.8%;dynamic performance remained unchanged.
