摘要
风力发电机基础作为风力发电机组的重要支撑构件,除承受风荷载作用产生的基础环周边局部环形分布混凝土压溃和脱开的受力裂缝外,大部分表现为径向均匀分布的非受力裂缝。本文基于实际工程检测结果,对风力发电机基础受力和非受力裂缝的成因、分布及性状特性等进行分析和总结,提出了相应鉴别方法,可供业主及主机厂家在日常风机巡检中进行初步的判断。
As an important supporting component of wind turbine,wind turbine foundation mainly manifested as radial uniform distributed non-stress cracks in addition to the stress cracks caused by the local annular distribution of concrete crushing and detachment around the foundation ring under wind load.Based on the actual engineering detection results,this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes,distribution and characteristics of the cracks under stress and non-stress in the foundation of wind turbines,and puts forward the corresponding identification methods,which can be used for the owners and host manufacturers to make preliminary judgments in the daily fan inspection.
