摘要
我公司两台汽轮发电机组由于机组采用紧凑型结构的原因,导致#7瓦易受干扰和出现异常振动;据不完全统计,目前有近30%左右的此类机型的机组都出现了#7瓦振动异常的情况。本文针对我公司#1机组#7瓦瓦振情况、前期排查和数据分析,基此对#7瓦瓦振异常原因进行了专题研讨,并总结出一套综合治理方案,并在2020年下半年#1机组B修中加以实施,使得修后瓦振数据均在报警值(9.3 mm/s)以下,保证了2021年迎峰度夏期间机组的安全稳定运行。
Due to the compact structure of two turbo-generator sets in our company,#7 watts are susceptible to interference and abnormal vibration.According to incomplete statistics,at present,nearly 30%of the units of this type have appeared#7 watt vibration abnormal situation.Based on the vibration condition,preliminary investigation and data analysis of#1 unit and#7 watt of our company,this paper makes a special discussion on the abnormal causes of#7 watt vibration,and concludes a comprehensive treatment scheme,which will be implemented in the repair of#1 unit B in the second half of 2020,making the repaired tile vibration data below the alarm value(9.3mm/s).This ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit during the peak-peak summer in 2021.
