锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(x)Co_(1-x)O_(2)的合成及其表征

摘要 采用共沉淀与高温固相法相结合的方法,合成了LiNi_(x)Co_(1-x)O_(2),并确定合适的工艺条件。在此基础上,采用XRD对LiNi_(x)Co_(1-x)O_(2)的结构进行了表征,采用恒流充放电测试研究了材料的电化学性能。本实验确定的最佳工艺参数为:Co含量为0.2;共沉淀反应温度为60℃;pH值为12。充放电性能研究实验表明,LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)O_(2)的首次放电容量可达到163.3mAh/g,10次循环后容量保持率在99.7%左右。 LiNi_(x)Co_(1-x)O_(2) powder was prepared by carbonate co-precipitation and high temperature solid state method.On this basis,the structure of LiNi_(x)Co_(1-x)O_(2) was characterized by XRD,and the electrochemical properties of the material were studied by constant current charge discharge test.The optimum process parameters determined in this experiment are as follows:Co content is 0.2;The co-precipitation reaction temperature is 60℃;The pH value is 12.The charge discharge performance test shows that the first discharge capacity of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)O_(2) can reach 163.3mah/g,and the capacity retention rate is about 99.7%after 10 cycles.
