开源QGIS在地震应急专题图制作中的应用

Application of Open Source Software QGIS in Earthquake Emergency Thematic Maps

地震发生后,政府及相关部门需要在最短的时间内做出决策,规划救援路线、采取救援行动,从而最大限度地保障人民的生命和财产安全,减少地震带来的灾害损失。地震应急专题图是应急指挥人员进行震后辅助决策、应急救援的重要参考依据,免费开源的QGIS软件为制作地震应急专题图件提供了新的技术手段。本文介绍了QGIS软件的特性及用QGIS绘制地震应急专题图的流程,并利用QGIS软件对模拟地震绘制了地震影响范围分布图、震区交通图等应急专题图件。本文研究对于相关部门规划救援方案、提高救援效率、节省救援时间具有重要意义。

When the earthquake occurs, the government and relevant departments need to make decisions, plan rescue routes, and take rescue actions in the shortest possible time, so as to guarantee the safety of people’s lives and property and reduce disaster losses caused by the earthquake. Earthquake emergency thematic maps are an important reference for emergency commanders to make decisions and take emergency rescue actions after the earthquake. The free and open source QGIS provides a new technical means for drawing earthquake emergency thematic maps. In this paper,we introduce the characteristics of QGIS and the process of using QGIS to draw earthquake emergency thematic maps.Finally, we use QGIS to draw the earthquake-affected area distribution map, traffic map, and school distribution map for a simulated earthquake. The research of this paper is of great significance for relevant departments to make rescue plans,improve rescue efficiency, and save rescue time.
