摘要
文章结合中山至阳春高速公路开平至阳春段第5标段抗滑桩施工实例,阐述了抗滑桩的设计思路与施工方法,并针对抗滑桩施工重、难点,系统的介绍了抗滑桩施工技术在路堑边坡防护当中的广泛应用。抗滑桩桩身、护壁及冠梁均采用钢筋混凝土结构,土石方开挖则主要采用人工开挖,辅以风镐风钻,遇硬质石方则采用浅孔爆破。经监控量测、施工实践证明该施工工艺安全可靠,经济合理。可为相似施工环境下的抗滑桩施工提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Based on the construction example of anti-slide pile from Kaiping to Yangchun of Zhongshan to Yangchun freeway,this paper expounds the design idea and construction method of anti-slide pile,and systematically introduces the wide application of anti-slide pile construction technology in cutting slope protection in view of the heavy and difficult aspects of anti-slide pile construction.Anti-slide pile body,wall and crown beam are reinforced concrete structure,earthwork excavation is mainly manual excavation,with pneumatic pick pneumatic drill,in case of hard stone is shallow hole blasting.The construction process is proved to be safe,reliable,economical and reasonable by monitoring measurement and construction practice.It can provide certain reference for anti-slide pile construction under similar construction environment.
