摘要 在经济快速发展进程中,半导体制冷技术被应用的越来越频繁、越来越广泛,只因制冷优势明显,基于单片机与TEC1-12706发展起来的半导体制冷技术控制系统将成为本文研究的主要对象,本文会着重剖析半导体制冷优点与缺点。此外,在制冷行业中,半导体制冷技术也被称之为热电制冷或温差电制冷,研发出来的半导体制冷控制系统以高端精度的分段式PID控制算法为基础,PWM为其主要输出方式,在多次实践测验中,发现系统设计具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,可以更好辅助半导体制冷器更好运转,以达成既定工作目标,有重要研究价值。 This paper mainly studies the performance,advantages and disadvantages of semiconductor refrigeration technology in work,and constructs a semiconductor refrigeration temperature control system based on single chip microcomputer and tec1-12706.The semiconductor refrigeration temperature control system is based on the high-precision segmented PID control algorithm and uses PWM output mode to effectively control the temperature;The digital sensor DS18B20 is used to detect the temperature.In addition,it also involves a variety of systems such as 1602 liquid crystal display module,adjustment input module and H-bridge drive module.Through the practical test and Research on the semiconductor refrigeration temperature control system,it can be clearly found that the overall structure of the system design is relatively simple and easy to operate,which can help the semiconductor cooler work better and ensure that it can complete its work with high quality under different working conditions.
