摘要
以全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯为原料,通过酯交换法制备全氟己基乙醇,考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、物料摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对全氟己基乙醇收率的影响。制备全氟己基乙醇的最佳工艺条件为:催化剂甲醇钠用量为原料总质量的0.5%,甲醇与全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯的摩尔比为5∶1,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为6 h。在此工艺条件下,全氟己基乙醇的收率可达95%,经精馏操作,纯度可达99%以上。
Using perfluorohexyl ethyl acrylate as raw material, perfluorohexyl ethanol was prepared by transesterification method. The effects of catalyst type, catalyst amount, material molar ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of perfluorohexyl ethanol were investigated. The optimum process conditions for preparing perfluorohexyl ethanol are as follows: the amount of catalyst sodium methoxide is 0.5% of the total mass of the raw materials, the molar ratio of methanol to perfluorohexyl ethyl acrylate is 5: 1, the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, and the reaction time is 6 h. Under this process condition, the yield of perfluorohexyl ethanol can reach95%, and the purity can reach more than 99% after rectification operation.
