摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)能够快速准确地测定水体中的硼元素含量。本实验分别选用了不同质量段、不同电离能的Li、Be、Sc、Rh、In作为内标元素,用调谐溶液优化仪器工作参数,标准曲线法定量,测定生活饮用水、地表水及污水中硼元素。通过校准曲线、检出限、精密度和回收率等方面研究内标的选择对ICP-MS测定水体中硼含量的影响。结果表明,内标元素Li、Be能够获得更好的准确度。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) can rapidly and accurately determine the content of boron in water. In this experiment, Li, Be, Sc, Rh, and In of different quality segments and ionization energies were selected as internal standard elements, and the working parameters of the instrument were optimized by tuning solution, and the standard curve method was used for quantification. Boron element.The influence of internal standard selection on the determination of boron content in water by ICP-MS was studied through calibration curve, detection limit, precision and recovery. The results show that the internal standard elements Li and Be can obtain better accuracy.
