固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定水体中甲萘威和阿特拉津

Simultaneous Determination of Carbaryl and Atrazine in Water by Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定水中甲萘威和阿特拉津浓度的方法。水样用C18固相柱萃取,以甲醇溶剂洗脱定容后,通过条件优化,确定检测波长为222 nm,流动相比例为6:4(甲醇:水),流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温度为40℃。在该条件下,甲萘威和阿特拉津在0.05~5 mg/L范围内相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998,萃取水样100 mL时检出限分别为0.00002 mg/L和0.00005 mg/L,测定标准样品的准确度分别为97.4%和97.5%,实际水样加标回收率分别为75.4%~89.7%和76.1%~91.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为5.10%~8.85%和3.26%~7.44%。该方法简单便捷、灵敏准确,适用于同时测定水体中的甲萘威和阿特拉津。 A solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination the concentrations of carbaryl and atrazine in water. The water sample was extracted with a C18 solid-phase column, eluted with methanol solvent to constant volume. The conditions were optimized to determine that the detection wavelength was 222 nm, the mobile phase ratio was 6:4(methanol:water), the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the chromatographic column temperature was 40 ℃. Under these conditions, the correlation coefficients of carbaryl and atrazine in the range of 0.05~5 mg/L were 0.9999 and0.9998, respectively. The detection limits of 100 mL extracted water samples were 0.00002 mg/L and 0.00005 mg/L,respectively. The accuracy of the determination of standard samples was 97.4% and 97.5%, respectively. The recovery rates of standard addition of actual water samples were 75.4%~89.7% and 76.1%~91.7%, respectively.The relative standard deviations of the determination results were 5.10%~8.85% and 3.26%~7.44%, respectively.The method is simple, convenient, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of carbaryl and atrazine in water.
